LA Weekly on former Caltech theoretical physics student Billy Cottrell: A Terrible Thing to Waste
This seems wrong, and not just for Billy Cottrell’s case, but for people in general. I wish our prison system was about rehabilitation and about helping people make amends and do better in the future; I wish it was about figuring out how to fix what can be fixed.
