I guess it’s not as shocking as you might think. Buffy doesn’t even have a huge following in the Goth scene – mostly just with the younger Goth chicks/some of the comic book dudes.

I love vampires, don’t get me wrong..but I’m into Forever Knight and Dark Shadows WAY more.

Oh and old Christopher Hammer films.

And “Vampire: The Masquerade”..well, when I was 15 before I decided roleplaying was silly and getting laid was much better.

Buffy takes what high school feels like and makes it literal. (It’s always the end of the world, you discover the guy you’ve been dating is really a demon, etc.) It’s a pretty wonderful show.

Really? Buffy? I’ve never seen the show (or heard the soundtrack to the musical episode). I assume you’ll be going to see it…enjoy!
