It's where IHOP used to be on Foothill, a block east of Best Buy. It's been open for about a week, so they're still working some of the kinks out, but I absolutely love going there for any meal that I can. The only problem is that it can get fairly crowded at times. I've yet to go there when I wasn't able to find a seat, but I also haven't made it there on a Saturday morning yet.
